Payment
Options
You may pay for your order by using MasterCard,
Visa, Discover or American Express or pre-pay with a check or money order made
payable to Organics by Cedar Creek. Returned checks are subject to a
$25.00 fee. All merchandise ordered is payable in US funds. If you pay by
check or money order, your order will not be processed and shipped, until the
check/money order has cleared thru the bank.
Shipping Fees
All orders will be charged 10.64% of total order for shipping fees
(with a minimum shipping fee of $6.45) plus an additional 2% as required by UPS
for shipping (the 2% will show up as a surcharge). Organics by Cedar
Creek, LLC reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the shipping fees
after the order is placed, in order to cover the shipping fees charged by the
shipper.

Back Orders /
Returns / Cancellations
In the event that an item you
ordered is out of stock, we will place that item on back order and ship the bulk
of your order on the requested shipping date. If, however, we anticipate a
certain product will not be available for a significant period of time we
reserve the right to substitute like product. Perishable Goods: All sales are
final. Sorry no returns due to the custom and "all natural" nature
of our products. Durable Goods: a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on
the return of any durable goods. All returns must be made within 10 days of
receipt of goods. Any cancellation of an order must be received by fax

Damaged
Shipments
Merchandise that
arrives damaged must be received and documented correctly. Processing a
claim for merchandise shipped via UPS requires you to conform to UPS claims
policy. Damaged merchandise must be kept in the original shipping box
until a UPS representative has inspected the damages. A copy of the UPS
inspector's document must be sent to Organics by Cedar Creek for us to process
your claim.
Recall
Procedure
In the event that
a product is recalled, everyone invoiced for the affected product in the last 12
months will receive a fax, e-mail or letter telling of the recall and the
procedure for returning the product at no cost to the customer.
Product
Warranty
Repellents: Cedar
Creek warrants that our repellents are effective if used in the manner stated on
label. If a consumer has a complaint please call Organics by
Cedar Creek Customer Service at
715-385-9156. Organics by Cedar Creek will replace the
product at no charge if consumer used the product as specified on label.
Delivery/
Shipping
All orders under a pallet in size are shipped via UPS. All orders
are shipped via UPS for the continental United States, and are shipped USPS to
Alaska & Hawaii. Sorry, UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
Please allow 7-10 business days from date of order to shipping date. It
may be longer during peak seasons. Ask your sales rep for a
schedule. If you
choose you may pick your order up to save the cost of insurance, shipping and
handling.
Wholesale Sales Terms &
Conditions
You must be a retailer or a
distributor to purchase from us at wholesale prices. If you are not and wish to
purchase our products give us a call and well gladly help you find a retailer in
your area or one who will ship to you. You may also order online. We
have a retail site that is easy to use.
Here's how to qualify for
wholesale pricing: Simply provide us with a copy of your state issued Resale
Tax Certificate. Then when you place each order, during the checkout
process, you MUST supply us with your state resale STATE code and resale TAX
ID. If they are not supplied, your order will be postponed until we obtain
that information from you. Minimum order is $100.00. All purchases
need to be full cases. To keep the price of our products low we do not
hide insurance, shipping or handling charges in the price point. See our delivery section for freight details. You
may order by phone, fax, email or log onto www.OrganicsByCedarCreek.com.
After you jump through a few hoops you will be given access to our wholesale
website. We have a sales rep dedicated to helping to make ordering easy and
uncomplicated. You can always email her with questions or call any of our inside
sales reps.
Shipping Fees
If you choose, you may pick your
order up to save the cost of insurance, shipping and handling (please call us
for pickup information). All other commercial addresses will be charged
10.64% of total order for shipping fees. Residential addresses will be
charged an additional 2%, which we will add manually to your total invoice AFTER
your checkout process is complete. Organics by Cedar Creek, LLC reserves
the right to make minor adjustments to the shipping fees after the order is
placed, in order to cover the shipping fees charged by the shipper.
Credit
Terms / Payment Options
All invoices are transmitted
electronically or packed with your shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility
to pay the invoice on time. We offer net 10 and net 30 from ship date. If you do
not have a line of credit with Organics by Cedar Creek, you may pay for your
order by using MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express or pre-pay with a
company check or money order made payable to Organics by Cedar Creek. To
establish a credit line, please submit a credit sheet. It will take two weeks to
process your application. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. All
merchandise ordered is payable in US funds. LATE FEE: A late fee of
2% will be charged on all outstanding invoices per month. A 5 day grace period
is given on all accounts in good standing. If you pay by check or money order, your order
will not be processed and shipped, until the check/money order has cleared thru
the bank.

Preparation
SPECIAL SEALING: Many of
our products are special sealed. Some are not. If an item you order
is not special sealed (shrink-wrapped) we charge a fee of $5.00/ 100
units. SPECIAL LABELING: Printing and affixing of a special label on each
product fee is $5.00 / 100 units. CASE LABELS: Please note sample
case label on second page. Printing and affixing of a special case label
or master case label on each product fee .25 each. MASTER CARTON WEIGHT
All Master cartons are used to protect the inner cases from dust and dirt.
They often exceed 50# in weight. If you prefer to not use master cases
please specify on your purchase order. PACKING SLIP Each order will
receive one packing slip attached to the pallet or order. It is not the
responsibility of Organics by Cedar Creek to make sure the packing slip arrives
at your destination. Please call if you need a packing slip emailed.
INVOICE Your SKU’s will be noted on your invoice as you have printed them on
your PO. If you require them in numerical order – please create your PO in
numerical order. BARCODE: We offer bar coding on products at no charge by
special request.
Finance Charges / Bulk Pricing / Price Changes
A maximum finance
charge of 2% per month will be charged to any past due balance. All bulk orders
(10# or more of any one product in bulk packaging) are quoted individually.
